Saraogi Udyog Private Limited was jointly founded by Mr. Ramesh Saraogi and Mr. Anil Saraogi. Initially Saraogi Udyog Pvt. Ltd. had initiated its coal business under the name of Saraogi Udyog - a proprietorship firm founded by the Late Sri Dulichand Saraogi – father of the present directors, in the year 1977.

Since its inception in 1977, Saraogi Udyog has earned numerous accolades and has become one of the favourites among numerous companies throughout the world, which have now become its clients.

The early mission of Saraogi Udyog focused on the principles of organizing and analyzing trading information. The firm carefully managed project work to ensure growth without the need for venture capital or going public. Saraogi Udyog devoted its resources to developing a core set of application tools.

On April 2004 they transformed into Saraogi Udyog Private Limited.

In its present form, Saraogi Udyog Pvt. Ltd is a young company. But it stems from an industrial tradition going back almost 3 decades. We are proud of that heritage and of the many milestones en route to today's leading position worldwide. Tomorrow starts by building on them further.

The company believes in maintaining cordial relationship with suppliers as well as with clients. So far there have been no disputes of any nature with any suppliers or patrons. This is also reflected on the long years of healthy financial record
